Here is how it works:

1. You complete the simple registration process opposite - it should only take you 30 seconds.

2. Surveys will be short (should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete) and infrequent. Not everyone on the database will be contacted for every survey.

3. Once a survey has been completed, prize winners will be announced on The Seed's website

4. Participants can remove their name from the database whenever they like by sending an email to
unsubscribe@theseed.com.au



Note: Contact phone number is optional, but useful for us to have handy. It will only be used to contact you if we are conducting a periodic update of panel members and need to verify your details, or else if we need to reach you regarding a prize you may have won.
