Much is written and spoken about the importance of
customer service, but how often do you encounter truly exceptional
examples in your daily lives, be that business or personal.
Our guess would be not very often.
Truly poor customer service gets what it deserves in terms of
lost customers and negative word of mouth, but what about all
those occasions when you encounter average, forgettable, ‘beige’
service. What a wasted opportunity.
